The Charter Township of Union, Priority Health, and the National Fitness Campaign will celebrate the launch of the much-anticipated Priority Health Fitness Court Studio at Jameson Park.

Fitness Court ambassadors and others will be available following the ribbon cutting to demonstrate and showcase the seven stations and Fitness Court Studio.

In 2023, Union Township welcomed its first Fitness Court at McDonald Park.  Following the overwhelming community interest and positive response to that facility, Union Township, in partnership with Nation Fitness Campaign identified Jameson Park as an ideal location for a Fitness Court Studio on the east side of the community.

This addition reflects Union Township’s continued commitment to providing free, accessible outdoor fitness opportunities that promote health, wellness and active lifestyles for residents of all ages.

The Fitness Court Studio provides a premier outdoor fitness area designed to deliver a complete workout using an individual’s own body weight along with an open exercise area for classes as well as individual use. Created for adults and youth ages 14 and older of all abilities, the workouts can be adapted to fit a variety of fitness levels, allowing everyone to exercise at their own pace.
